Where do I report?
You will need to report at 1430hrs at the Student Activities Centre (SAC), beside the School of Biological Sciences (SBS).
* transport will be arranged for male participants who perform their Friday prayers at these following mosques: Assyakirin, Al-Mukminin and Al-Firdaus.
How do I get there?
Take bus service no.179 from Boon Lay interchange. Once the bus enters the campus (you can see a big NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY sign), take note of the number of bus stops, and drop off at the 4th bus stop. Alternatively, you can drop off at the bus stop facing an overhead bridge. Once you’ve alighted, there will be signages directing you to the Student Activities Centre (SAC).
Any tips before camp?
Make sure you have lots of water, rest and sleep to get all pumped up for camp!

Message to all freshmen participating in Freshmen Orientation Camp (FOC):
The main objectives of FOC are to orientate freshmen in their new environment and to cultivate a sense of belonging. However, as the student population becomes more cosmopolitan, exposure to diversities in cultures becomes inevitable.
As a participant, you are encouraged to take part in all the activities that the camp organizer has planned for you. However, you are not bound to participate in any activity that you are not comfortable with, e.g. if it is against your culture or religion. Please inform your group leader of your reasons if you do not wish to participate. Camp participants are also welcome to give the University your feedback on how the camp is conducted.
